RoDefend may process Discord identifiers (user IDs, guild IDs, role IDs), command metadata, moderation reasons/evidence references, and configuration values needed to run moderation features.
Data is processed to execute moderation commands, maintain audit trails, enforce permissions, provide dashboard access, and improve service reliability and abuse prevention.
Roblox Open Cloud API keys are used only to perform actions you authorize. Keep your keys private and rotate them immediately if you suspect compromise.
RoDefend does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with required providers (such as Discord/Roblox APIs) to perform requested functionality.
Configuration and moderation data may be retained while your server uses RoDefend. You can request removal by clearing configuration or contacting support.
